Brooke's POV:

When i got to the house i saw Jake, stumbling around the living room as my Grandma was in the kitchen.
I placed the plastic bags on the counter and sighed as Jake walked over to my hugging my legs.
"Hi, honey." I said hugging him back a bit. He released me before trying to walk back to the living room. He fell and went on crawling from there.

I opened my mouth to speak when my phone rang playing, 'Teenage Dream' By: Katy Perry.

"Hello?" I said Leaning against the counter.
"Brooke! It's Robert." He said. i sighed and rolled my eyes.

"What?"
"You have just been invited to the E! New years eve party!" I stayed quiet for a moment.
"And i care why?" A sour look came to my face.

"You should go, i know Justin's not going to be there....but Ryan will be there, with his new girlfriend."

My eyes widen a bit. New girlfriend? i thought he was with Amy.
I clicked the end button before calling Amy.


-----Ryan's POV---

"Where's Justin?" i asked walking into lobby of the hotel.
This is where people will be staying for the E! New years eve party. Justin isn't coming but he's going to come with me to book the room. The party isn't for another week.
I'm going with my new girlfriend.

I know i might get some crap from Brooke for dumping Amy but....she was there for me when Amy was gone.

I leaned against the nicely painted wall as Scooter walked in with Justin behind him. That Addie girl really straighten him up. She was his new assistant.

After the whole problem with the drinking and everything...she got Justin collected, in some ways more than others.

I was paying some much attention to Justin walking in that i didn't hear the footsteps walking towards me.

"Hey." A sweet voice said from behind me. I turned around to see those beautiful brown eyes looking at me.
Chianti. Just her name made my heart jump.

"Hey babe." i said giving her a quick peck on the lips.

She was wearing a black tank top with a white hoodie and some skinny Jeans. Her long black hair was pulled into a ponytail, and her olive tone skin was smooth like always.

I met her at the S.A.G awards, where she won for Best Actress in Drama.

She was a star in, 'Black Swan' and she's Nominated for 3 Oscar's. Not to mention she's the daughter of George Lopez.

We both started walking towards Justin, as i wrapped my arms around her shoulders and she wrapped her arm around my waist.

"I've missed you." I whispered in her ear. She giggled and kissed my neck.
-----Brooke's POV---

I just got off the phone with Amy. Ryan and her broke up.
Ryan's now dating Chianti Lopez . I've met her before. She's a friend of mine. Not very close but...i have her phone number.
I groaned before walking upstairs to my plain white room and changing into work out clothing.
Robert worried that i wouldn't shed the baby weight...but i did. I'm just as fit as i was before.

I grabbed my iPod and said good bye to Grandma before starting to run. I was running as if i could run away from my problems. I don't want all of this. it's all to much.
I kept running as Snoop dog blasted in my ears.
I wasn't paying attention to where i was running when i slammed into someone causing both of us to fall to the ground. I sat up groaned, due to the pain in my back.
I looked up to see a boy with black hair, cut short and blue eyes.
I suddenly knew where I've seen the face before.
"Logan Lerman?" I said chuckling. I watched him wince as he slowly stood up.

"I am soooo sorry!" getting up my self. He chuckled and shook his head before making a kind smile on his face.

"I'm fine." We stood there for a second before he said, "So why are you here?"

I started jogging as he caught up to me.
"I'm just...taking a break, rest down." I said and we turned a corner.

"Why are you here?" I asked looking at him as we kept jogging.

He looked deep into my eyes for a second, before smiling showing his white teeth.

"I am here for two things...A cousins birthday party....and you."
I stopped running a bit confused.
"What?" I said taking in a deep breath through my dry mouth.
