love and hate part thirteen (by lily! dark night love story gone horribly wrong!)

The next morning was Christmas; Bruce was woken up by Anna who was thrashing about and screaming at the top of her lungs. He pulled her out from under the tree and started shaking her, desperately trying to wake her up.

“Anna! Wake up Anna! Anna!” but she continued to scream and Bruce’s eyes were so wide he looked like an owl. Suddenly her eyes flashed open, but something was wrong with them, they were ice blue instead of their usual dark blue.
“It’s coming!” she whispered. Anna then dropped to the ground not breathing. Bruce pulled out his mobile phone and called an ambulance from Gotham general. Within five minutes, Anna was on an ambulance on life support. Bruce had changed into clothes and was holding her lifeless hand as they speed down the highway.

“Anna, stay with me. Don’t go...” he whispered in her ear.
