Shimmie stood outside the ice cream parlor of her small home town, licking her already chapped lips at the sight of all the delicious goods inside. "Oh, plea-a-a-se mother?" she asked her lousy mom as she pushed the stroller that contained her aunt's 4 yr-old shi-tzu in it's flamingo pink blanket. It yipped as it caught sight of another canine and she hurriedly pulled the hooded top over the stroller in hopes of stopping the possible escape of the small dog. It whined from inside but after 2 minutes shut up. " No" answered the fat, cherry-red lips of her blonde mother," I'm not hungry and neither are you!" she finished and pulled her daughter along. " But I never get sweets!" she begged. "Why can't you ever let something go!" her mother shouted, then lowered her voice to a calm tone and continued " We'll make cookies when we get home, okay?". "Ugh, fine" Shimmie spat and pushed the stroller ahead and once out of earshot of her mother whispered to the dog, Pooch " She never let's me do ANYTHING fun! Always 'We'll do it at home' or 'Another time, sweetheart' never yes!" and made her way to the nearby pet store. A weird looking man inside picked his nose "Grow up!" Shimmie said loud enough so he would hear, he looked down then as another woman walked in he grinned at her and made his way to her and they talked in low voices then she glanced at Shimmie and left with him. They got into her car and drove away. Shimmie was stunned, 'why did she just go with that stranger?' she ignored the weird feeling in the pit of her stomach and made her way to the dog food aisle as an employee about 2 yrs older than her took a picture of her and tried to blackmail her into tipping him 50 bucks but SHimmie got the image and deleted it from his phone. The town was full of creeeps so shimmie moved to canada and drowned in a kiddie pool.
