Its cruel and mean. These people out there hurting their animals have something really wrong with them and need help. I feel bad for all those animals out there and hope to god someone helps the owners realize their wrong by abusing animals. I saw one being abused myself and i literally cried. It was so sad i snatched the puppy away from the owner and had my parents bring it to the animal shelter. Thankfully someone bought him the next day.
