What you don't have, you miss
This is a tribute to one of my friends not on quibblo. Who has just recently been kicked out of her house with her sister and mom by their stepfather and she had to transfer schools. Before she left though, she said "You don't know what a blessing it is to have a roof over your heads till its gone." This is for her and anybody going through hard times. I may not fully understand but I want others to know that there is always someone who cares.
I look around and all I see are people.
Coming and going never stopping to think about blessings.
Never stopping to think about what they have and what they don't have.
We all want things, things we don't need but want.
Everything is a blessing not just the things you want but the things you have.
Friends,family, even your own pet is a blessing.
I was abandoned by someone I once knew.
Left with only a sister and mother.
Homeless, hopeless.
When I went back to school I was amazed at how many people cared.
And when I saw my friends I realized all the blessings I have or had.
I cried telling them how much it hurts to have one blessing taken away.
They took care of me saying everything will be fine.
I now treasure my blessings and want to keep them safe because what you don't have you miss.
