A life in middle school.
I'm going to go to middle school soon, and I know this stuff I write isn't gonna really happen, but it's fun to write!
Chapter 1
Am I a nerd or what?
Hi. I'm Paris. Weird name right? Well I'm starting middle school! I was SO exited! "I need... Oh, I need 6 folders, not 5!" I said to my mom. "Oh!" She said and grabbed another one. I have to tell you, shopping for school supplies is NOT fun. But, after I was done with that, we went home and ate dinner. THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL... I wouldn't consider myself a nerd, but most OTHERS do. With my strait A's, glasses, and braces. There's nothing wrong that that at all! It's just some losers out there judge people on their appearance, not who they are. That's why I think I might have trouble with this. I walked inside and looked around. Not too bad! It's really big! I looked at my schedule and walked to my locker. The girl's locker next to mine was decorated in a bunch of pink and purple and sparkles and junk like that. The girl walked up to her locker and opened it. "Hi! I'm Paris!" I said to her, trying to be nice. "Go away loser." She said and walked away. "Well that's not very nice of you!" I said to her. "Shut up." She snapped. Now I felt like a real loser, and nerd. It happens every year, SOMEONE has to be mean to me! It's so annoying! Even in PRESCHOOL people were mean to me! I walked to my first class. It turns out, I sat NEXT to her! Oh, I think I'm going to be sick! As the teacher was announcing everyone's names, she gave me dirty looks and the loser sign. "Paris Olivia Orgile." The teacher called out. Stop right there. THAT'S the worst part. My initials spell POO. Ugh. Back to the story: "Here." I sighed. "Wait, Paris Olivia Orgile? That spells POO! HAHAHA!" The mean girl shout/whispered to me. "Like your initials spell a word too?" I said, trying to stick up for myself. "It does actually-" She started. "Hope Orval Triana." The teacher said. So this mean girl's name is Hope? That's too nice of a name for a mean poo poo head like that! Her name should be Madusa for crying out loud! Hope gave me a smirk and said, "Here.". Wow. Her initials spell HOT and mine spell POO. That STINKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRRR! After my first class I hoped that I would meet a NICE FRIEND who isn't mean to me. Hope isn't in my class; YAY! "Welcome to Science. Please say 'here' when I call your name. I am Mrs. Shanchel." Mrs. Shanchel said. After the name calling, we were automatically assigned a project. "You have to make a poster about your favorite animal." Mrs. Shanchel said. Yes! I love making posters! "Are we going to be assigned partners?" A kid asked. "Well, sure. Pick the person next to you. Oh, and this is an in-class project, so don't bring it home. Oh, again, since you're working with partners, one side of the poster has one person's name and animal and picture and information on it, and the other side is the other person." Mrs. Shanchel said. "Hi, I'm Paris." I said to the guy next to me. "Hey, I'm Zack." Zack said. Apparently we are working together. "So, what's your favorite animal?" I asked. "My favorite animal is a dinosaur!" Zack said. "Dinosaurs don't exist!" I said. "So?" Zack said and raised his hand. "Yes Zack?" The teacher asked. "Can you say you like dinosaurs the best?" Zack asked. "No, it has to be real." Mrs. Shanchel said. "Dang!" Zack said. "Then, what's your favorite animal?" Zack asked me. I thought for a moment, and said, "Jellyfish.".

Lol! POO. I mean, I don't have it as bad and I love my name but my initials are GPS. And no I am not good at coordinates... So, yeah I'm really glad they don't say your middle name in attendance as well. Haha, so yes, as you've probably guessed; I'm in middle school. It's not that bad. This coming year is going to be awesome though. I'm gonna be an eighth grader and there'll be no more mean kids to bully us around. Also love the ending to chapter 2: "WHO THREW THAT AT ME!? WHO!? WHO!?"
