Their eyes met in a mere instant. Just one look would reveal all that was to be, all that was fated between them. Her hazel, almost golden, eyes met the warm, earthy brown, reminding them of their loneliness, their sorrow. Peoe darted in and out of their gaze, unaware of the people beside them. The playground crowded, clouding their view of one another. One frowned, after losing sight of the other before realising that girl was now right behind her. She slowly looked up, examining the girl before her. Bronze hair framed her face,making her look as young as a nurtured toddler. The smile that spread across her face spread across the the other girl, wiping away all the sadness she peviously felt.
Both lay sprawled across the diamond-specked grass, whispering and playing with the daisies around them. Both let a single chain of flowers adorn their hair, a small bunch in either's hands. Chloe and Hollie, friends for eternity.
