What Happend To Us

We spoke for the first time,
Each time we met we used to look at each other differently,
We said things we meant and got closer together

Seeing you over and over again
We got closer and closer
The things we said meant more,
Hugging you brightened my day

But there was something there, we both didn't know what
Closer and closer together,
You made me happy when i was down and elped me through things
But still something was there

We loved each other more than imagined,
Now we got closer but we met a hurdle
You said that we could not be,
That you loved me but could never do it

So there was the something, we couldnt be together
But we still spoke, then one day you said you would leave
Tears and memories streamed down my face
Trying to stop you, stopping you helped a little
But it was never enough

Growing further apart, believing you was hard
then you said you would never hurt me
You left and tears streamed down my face
Crying away the pain knowing you were gone

Then you came back but never spoke to me,
Til one day i saw you again,
You said you were sorry but i never believed you,
You held me in your arms, crying tears you said to me please dont cry
I couldnt stop, you hurt me, leaving me to cry

Streaming further down my face, wiping away my tears
I cant do it, you hurt me more than ever
Fighting and getting into fights we did,
arguing with one another,

So sorry but i have to say goodbye for i cant be hurt anymore
Seeing you again will hurt but please dont make me cry
