Well what did they do to you?
Whatever your retaliation is, at least make sure it matches what they did.
It's never a good idea for the retaliation to be worse than the original 'crime'.

I personally prefer just ignoring people who've done me wrong, and wait for their bad karma to occur.
But to each their own.
