I'm trying to lose weight,
Kso I know this isn't a story but I guess if you like it could be a story :L I'm including all the details in it anyway (;
Chapter 1
Trying to lose weight |:
I spend a lot of time sitting on my butt doing next to nothing on the laptop, && yeah, I comfort eat like a lot of people, because, well, my life is pretty messed up. Consequently I've put on 10 pounds in a short 4 months && I wasn't exactly perfectly svelte to begin with.
My stomach's sticking out as far as my breasts now, I have 4 fat rolls when I lean over && if I wear jeans I can't see the button if I sit down. If I stand up I can see about half my feet and the rest is blocked by my belly. I have a small double chin && if I stand normally my thighs touch. When I walk, they rub. So I'd say, I could afford to lose some weight. Because I haven't exactly been slowing down weight-gain wise, and I'll probably be obese in a few months if I carry on at the rate I'm going.
The problem is, my eating habits SUCK. I'm used to eating something at school, at break && lunch. Normally my canteen serves bacon rolls, tiiiny pizzas, etc, and I'll normally have that. At lunch, a panini, or a cake, or both, or something like that. Sometimes on the way to/from school I'll buy something at the corner shop, too. && it's hard to break those habits, because I have really weak willpower and go by the whole "one more won't hurt" thing.
Also, with homework I don't get a lot of time to exercise, and that's probably a big reason for this newfound flab.
So, some advice? It's hard to stop eating, especially since I often eat when not hungry?

I want to lose weight too and what I try is have my mom buy healthy things that taste good. So when i comfort eat, its something healthy. Also maybe just get into the habit of doing 1 or 2 excercises daily.
