Darth_Pwnage: 04-08-2011 at 8:02 PMGlad to hear you got it resolved! =D I would of suggested deleting your browsing history before, but I thought you said you had already done that on your last quiz...? Or I could just be imagining things, lol.
Anyway, deleting my browsing history has helped me solve quite a few problems in the past so I am not surprised that it helped fix it. Just try deleting your browsing history again the future if you ever get any more issues.
Icecreag: 04-09-2011 at 12:32 PM@Dath_Pwnage yeah, i deleted it before, but i didn't delete all of ti like i was supposed to. I was worried that ti might have been a virus or something, but thankfully it wasn't that!
Darth_Pwnage: 04-09-2011 at 6:45 PMOh, I see. I don't think a virus could cause just one website to mess up, but I'm no expert. Try to scan your computer regulary for viruses though, about once a week if you can. Most computers have scanning programs already installed, but most won't be able to pick up a lot of viruses unless you have an anti-virus software. But it is hard finding a good one because a lot of them really slow down your computer, for one thing.
Darth_Pwnage: 04-09-2011 at 6:47 PMThis computer has been without anti-viruses for years though and it has been perfectly fine. I do scan it, but they all come back fine. It probably does have viruses, but nothing that is affecting my computer because I haven't noticed anything.
And my other computer has been without anti-virus for a year ever since norton run out, it seems to have been fine and norton only ever detected two very minor viruses anyway, lol. Within a year...
I don't think viruses are as big as a problem as some...
Darth_Pwnage: 04-09-2011 at 6:49 PM...people say they are. You are always going to get minor viruses at some point or another, like cookies, but they really don't do any harm what so ever. You just have to be careful not to pick up viruses in the first place, like don't open any suspicious looking links in emails from people you don't know.
Sorry about my message being a bit long, lol.
GenieBabe: 04-10-2011 at 6:47 PMI'm pleased you got it sorted now.
