The girl that could eat 15 tacos in one night, now hates tacos. -_-
So, around where I live there is a Marshmellow Peep Show. Our school is participating in it. In art class, each grade is to make a Peep Project. (IHOP International House of Peeps, Chess, Baseball Field, etc.)
So my friends and I decided to do the Trojan War. It is also a Masquerade since the Trojans were partying when the Greeks gave the Wooden Horse in surrender. (We made the horse a big, hollow chocolate bunny! XD) We had a castle thing, and a lot of warriors. There was a lot of violence thanks to my best friend! ;)
Anyway, I was in charge of the masquerade since I love Massquerades so much. It might have been the only time in my life when I felt like I was in charge. Well, after begging my mom to help me with the costumes, (she is big on crafts) I was lucky enough that she said she would. (She did most of the work.) We made dresses, masks, tuxedoes, and especially a Jester! XD That alone took two hacken hours! TWO HACKEN HOURS!!! We needed to miss a gym class and a computer class just to get it done! Heck, this morning I had to come in early to glue in the last two peeps!
We felt really good about the project the whole way. We were going to win. We had to. I mean, we HAD to! Or else a certain someone mighta strangled someone to death... 0.o (That's not me!) One day we were working on it and we decided to write a to-do-list on the white board. I was being funny and put up, "Give a masquerader a taco!" That day, (Our second to last day) the high schoolers came in and said they were just starting their project. We thought not much about it.
Until this morning... When I saw... I saw... gasps! A TACO!!! It was a really REALLY good taco! I could not believe the high schoolers had done that in two days!!! (two hours) Then I got really worried. The end of the day was most suspensful when most of the votes were in. (We were missing two grades's votes.) I was glad when I saw that we had 24 votes. (that's a lot for our tiny school) But when I dared look at the taco... It had over 28 votes!!! We are doomed!!!
1: It took them 2 hours to make that thing. It took me 2 hours just to do the costumes.
2: We put everything we had into this project! And it stressed out all of us!
3: We even had to take stuff home to work on!
4: It's just like Hatena!!!! >(
5: I got yelled at for nothing. (just for being my funny self.)
And the worst part....: I think it's all my fault! DX Whenever there's that awkward dead silene... ... ... I would yell "TACOS!!" or "I WANNA TACO!!!!" And when I wrote "Give a maquerader a taco!" That probably gave them the idea of that stupid STUPID TACO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >( >( >( >( >( >( >( >(
