Behind the scenes (Matt Lewis/Neville longbottom love story)

"Neville? Neville!" I screamed but he couldn't hear me over the sounds for explosions and flying rubble over our heads. Tonks had a firm grip on my hand and was shooting death eaters with her best jinxes. I screamed as a pile of rubble fell on top of my legs. It was only lose stones so I pulled my legs out 
"we're getting out of here" tonks said in my ear and hit another death eater 
"no! What about Luna and Harry and Neville?!" I screamed and she shook her head 
"they'll be fine without you" she tugged my arm but I pulled away and jumped over the rock we where hiding behind. 
"cut!!" the director yelled and Natalie helped me back down "great job! But Jane be more desperate on the word neville next time and Natalie try to act a bit gleeful as you kill those death eaters" the director, David Yates, patted me on the shoulder and smiled before dismissing everyone from set. 
"can't wait to get out of this costume!" I complained to Natalie as she swished her coat around  
"I love it!" she exclaimed. Even though she was around 5 years older than me we got along well. She was one of my best friends on the Harry potter set. The others where Matt And Alfie, other wise known as Neville and dean. Oh sorry I'm Jane tank, the actor who plays the shy hufflepuff role of Fay rainfall. I've been here since the first movie and my friendship with the cast and crew has grown with each movie we film. Matt was my best friend from the start and I have to say that he will be my best friend until the end. I have to admit that when fay's crush grew on Neville my own grew on Matt. I would never tell him or Alfie, or anyone for that matter, that I enjoyed our dance at the Yule ball in the last film and had no trouble blushing when it was needed. Me and natalie soon reached the make up and costume truck and got off our costumes. The make up girl gave me some stuff to wash the fake dirt from my hair and face and then bid me goodnight. I said goodnight to Natalie and we whet our separate ways. I reached my trailer and jumped inside to dress for bed. I found an old dockers shirt, that my dad had sent me in a care package last week, and slipped it on. It was by far 3 sizes to big and acted more like a dress than anything. I shrugged and pulled on some knee high purple socks. I began to brush my hair and turned on some short stack. I was going to rock out a bit before sneaking into matts trailer and scaring the living daylights out of him. I poured some of the stuff on my hair brush and began to brush the fake dirt out while singing along to 'jack the ripper'. I finished my hair and cleaned of my face. 
"now I'll be winter and you'll be content. I cut like jack the ripper so believe me when the boy sang oh oh I'm a die hard believer bullet proof oh oh oh" I sung and danced around the room while pulling my hair into a messy bun. An outburst of laughter sounded from the door and I turned to see Alfie and Matt sanding there, bent over in fits of laughter and giggles
"oh my god!" Matt exclaimed looking up me "what are you doing?!" he said holding back laughter and calming down
"rocking out!" I spun around a few more times and continued to sing "I dance like a stripper it's money well spent. I cut like jack the ripper so believe me when the boy sang" I danced around more and the boys stopped laughing. I dance just like the song described and there mouths fell open. The song ended and I did one last spin before breaking out laughing. I walked up to them and shut there mouths with the back of my hands before tapping Matt on the cheek "I should dance more often" I said Turing off my iPod and putting it on charge. 
"you so should!" Alfie exclaimed and Matt just blushed and laughed nervously 
"goodnight boys" I said giggling and hugged them goodnight. They left and I closed the door behind them. I slipped into bed and fell asleep ready for filming the next day.

"Jane! Wake up! David needs you and Matt on set in half an hour!" Rupert yelled shaking me awake
"ok fine! I'm up I'm up!" I sat up and pushed him away. I yawned and rubbed my eyes and he left me to get dressed. I threw on a pair of ripped jeans and a spiderman t-sirt and let my hair down. I slipped on a pair of ugg boots and ran out of my trailer and towards matts. I silently opened the door to find him fast asleep on his bed. I tiptoed over to him and grinned evilly. I leaned in close to his ear and took hold of his shoulder "wake up!" I shouted and shook him. He shot up and fell out of his bed, landing with a thump 
"Jane! I'm going to kill you!" he said rubbing his head 
"can't, davids all ready gonna kill us for being late on set" I said and he shot up. He ran over to his suit case and pulled out a dark grey t-shirt and some sneakers. He pulled of his rugby top and slipped on the grey shirt. He pulled on his sneakers and took hold of my hand dragging me out of his trailer. He always wore jeans to bed during filming in case he had to get up early like today. One of his many weird habits that I adored. We ran all the way to the make up truck and where handed our costumes for the scene. I whet to the girls change rooms and he whet to the boys. I dressed in my Hogwarts uniform and stashed my jeans and top away in my locker. I ran out and on to the make up chair, ready to make myself flawless and shy. Matt soon joined me and had his teeth and ears done. After about 20 minutes we where ready to go. I grabbed my script from my locker on the way past the change rooms and found the scene that we where shooting today.
"so what we filming?" he said taking the script from me as we turned a corner "oh the patronus scene!" he smiled at me and I smiled back 
"yep. So allot of blue screen" I sighed and rolled my eyes as we arrived at the room of requirement set. 
"there you are!" David yelled and pulled us into our places "ok quick run through, 3 practice scenes for lighting and camera references and then we'll shot for real" the props lady handed us our wands and rolled up matts sleeves "ok now Matt your struggling with the spell, Jane you are trying to help him but not making that much of a difference. Daniel you look over at Matt and see he's struggling. Janes kisses him on the cheek making his Potronus. You smile and walk over to Oliver and James-places!" I took my place and ran a hand through my hair to make it look a little messy on one side, like I was really struggling "action!" 
"expect patromun" nothing "I can't do it! I haven't got a good memory" he sighed and looked at the floor, fiddling with his wand
"you can do it and your not leaving until both of us can" I attempted a weak and shy smile and David pointed to Daniel who looked over his shoulder and me and Matt failing the spell. He sighed and began to walk over. I leaned up and planted a quick kiss on matts cheek as Daniel got closer. Matt jerked his wand back a bit and looked at an invisible owl flying around the room 
"I did it!" he yelled gleefully. I smiled with him then we locked eyes. We both looked away and blushed 
"g-good job" I whispered and he gave off a content smile. David pointed back at Daniel who grinned and walked over to Oliver and James standing back to back reciting the spell 
"cut! Great everyone! A few more times for lighting and camera reference and a few tips before we go on!" David yelled and began to shout out instructions to the cast and crew. Matt whipped his cheek where I kissed him and I acted shocked 
"how dare you wipe away my kiss! Don't you love me?" I joked and he wrapped his arm around my shoulder 
"oh course I love you Janiekins" he nuzzled his nose on my cheek and pushed him off "you left lip gloss on my cheek" he said laughing and removed his arm from my shoulder "you want to play halo 3 in my trailer after filming?" he asked and took his mark again
"sure. But only if it's one on one. I want to see how many times I can kill you" I poked him in the chest and took my mark again "and only if you help me with my home work first in not back in Australia yet so I need some help from an older, more mature person" I smiled and he nodded 
"deal. And I'm only one year older than you" David yelled action and we set off, doing the scene over and over again until David was happy with our performance. He dismissed us for lunch and me and Matt whet back to his trailer to gorge out on chips, a Friday tradition. We were called back on to set and shot the scene a few more times before we were finally dismissed. I quickly got changed back into my jeans and top while Matt had his teeth and ears taken out. I ran into the boys change room to find Matt zipping up his jeans and pulling on his top. I jumped on his back making him almost lose balance 
"come on! Hurry up" I said in a really kiddy voice. He dropped me back on the ground and pulled on his sneakers 
"go get your home work and meet me at my trailer" he said and I ran out. I got to my trailer and found my Maths homework. I grabbed my star wars pencils case and a pillow before rushing off down to Matts trailer. I knocked on the door and he opened in wide so I could come in. He had already set up a little pillow fort at the end of his bed, facing the TV. I threw my pillow into the pile and set up my math home work on his bed. We sat down and set to work on my algebra. After at lest half an hour of working we finally finished it "halo 3?" he asked and I nodded, jumping from the bed to the pillow fort. He joined me and set up the game. We began to play and I continued to blow him up, he was so bad at this game. 
"oh look! it's raining you!" I said as I threw a grenade at him, sending his arms and legs into the air. 
"no fair! I hate this game! Let's watch a movie" he said turning off the X-box and bringing over a pile of DVDs "ok, silence of the lambs or iron man 2?" he held up the DVDs to me and I smiled 
"you know I hate scary films! Iron man 2" I snuggled back into the pillows and kicked off my shoes. Matt put the DVD in and pressed play before coming and sitting next to me. He pulled up a wool blanket and covered up us both as the movie began. I started to drift off into sleep and rested my head on matts shoulder. My eyes fell and I quickly passed out.
