a day in my shoes
A day in my shoes would feel like a year! See if you can survive. btw NOT really my life
"GET OUT OF BED NOW YOU STUPID RECHID LITTLE GIRL!!!" my mother called to wake me up. i can tell you this now, you wont like her.
"Coming mother" i called as loud as i could. i have to live in the basement and i dont know why. my older sister, older brother, year younger brother and little brother get to live upstairs. there is even an extra room up there were i could live but my mother wont allow it. instead im forced to live in the cold, filthy, and cobweb filled basement for about four more years until i move out.
After i got on my clothes i headed upstairs and tried to smooth my hair down.every day i wake up it feals like im waking up on the wrong side of the bed. Another day another insult. Except from my twin brother Johnny, he invys me because i dont have to go to school. my mother wont let me.
"its about time you got your bony butt up here, sweep the kitchen floor, clean ittle olivers bedroon, do the laundry, then finish the rest of the chores on the list. Well, what are you waiting for? Go start!" she said. my stomach growled as i walked off but im used to being hungry. Ever since my dad left us or died, mother never told us.
After my mom left to work and all my siblings went to school i sat in front of the tv and watched a rerun of ghost whisperer. its the only time i even get to come up from the basement and do anything. including eating. Johnny will snek me down some food every once in a while when he can but most of the time mother is at the door watching me like a gaurd dog.
i got to watch one show before the phone rang. i got up and walked acroos the room and answered it.
"im watching you. there is no plaace that you are safe. we are coming to get you and bring you home"
