I Hate Spyware!!!

Earlier this morning I got on my computer and this thing popped up calling itself Win 7 Anti-Spyware. It started scanning my computer even though I kept clicking stop. I have my own security already, I don't need another. Then I tried to get on here and it wouldn't let me. Same for all other websites and my email. I had to get on my grandfather's computer and look it up. It turns out its a fake and is run by scammers and/or hackers. Its also another form of Vista Antivirus 2012 and XP Security 2012. Apparently your suppose to go through a list of steps to get rid of it, but after I sent multiple emails to them literally all traces of the spyware is gone from my computer.
