Who Would Have Known?
I came up with this poem just now because I was bored, so here you go lol
Who would have known
That you could play
Play so beautifully
That it could make me cry?
Who would have known
That you could play so well
That my heart would swell
With pride
And with joy?
And I just can't help but to smile
When you play
And it's hard to hold back
The heartfelt laugh
That rises when I hear you play
One day you'll go on to greatness
And I'm hoping
As you rise to the top
That I'll be there
Even if I can't be there physically
In some way
I'll always try
To be there by your side
That you could play
