Boarding_chick: 06-08-2011 at 10:10 AMI would think you need both, if the new STEM teachers are doing what there ment to do, they might unfortunatly be limited because of the older, non up-to-date equitment and technology. But if the students have both new teachers and new technology there shouldn't be any reason why they can't improve
