A Castaway: Millie's Story

"I can't believe we're actually going to Hawaii!" Exclaimed Millie. Millie and her friends Dimitri Kramer and Katherine Jones were going on a vacation to Hawaii. This was Millie's first time going on a vacation, and she was excited. "You'll have fun." said Katherine. Katherine came from a rich family. She was raised in New York City. "Why do I have to steer the boat?" Asked Dimitri. No one knew much about him. For some strange reason, he wore a black and red cloak. "Because, Dimitri, you are the only one who knows how!" Said Katherine, Humorously. "Oh Kathy!" The friends laughed. Even Millie's Yorkie, Biscuit began to bark happily. " Uh-oh." Said Dimitri, worriedly. "What's wrong?" asked the girls, beginning to get worried as well. Then Dimitri said "We've hit a storm."
When the storm hit, Millie grabbed Biscuit and dove into the corner with the rest of the friends. It wasn't long before the lightning hit the boat's fuel tank, and it caught on fire. Millie began to panic, but then she saw the window. She ordered her friends to jump out of it. One by one, the jumped out of the flaming boat and into the icy sea water.
