Dark Rose

I ran, swiftly. I had no limit, it seems there is no limit when running for your life. I shot through the tall grass, it tickled and scratched at my ankles. My bare feet ached as they hit the stones and twigs. My face was pale and my long black hair flew out behind me in tangles, I wore only a long black shawl that i ad wrapped around me. I ran faster than ever.
It was a dark night, moonless. I ran in a wild meadow. All to soon I saw the end of the meadow, where the grass ends and forest begins. I stopped and hesitated, I had no time, i ran in the forest. Branches scratched at my skin and caught in my hair.The grass was gone, in its place my feet was poked by twigs.
I got deeper and the air was moist, so was the ground. Twigs seemed to dissapere and I venured close to swamp, still at full speed. Behind me I heared the stride of demons.They where gaining!
The sound of deep breathing got closer and there stride quickened as mine slowed. They where right behind me! I was exausted. My lungs on fire and my heart thuding made me feel as if i was to faint! I knew i couldn't run forever. But they could! I wouldn't give up. I ran till i couldn't breath, then I fell to my knees, panting. I felt a body slam on me and my head banged, i blacked out......
