LOOKING AT ME

Their i was trying to find out with type of person i was taking these dumb quiz when i heared it. At first i thought it was just a cat or something but when i open my window i saw it.....
Jackie: OMG!!!! Who the are you?
Guy: What u don't know who i am...?
Jackie: Ummm...THE!! That's why i asked you the question!
Guy: But i know everything about you Jackie.
He said it with a very creepy smile, that i started to feel very cold.

Ok so this guys knows some things about me dosen't mean that he knows everything about me. But still how the hell did he know about those things!!
Guy: Let me in Jackie.
Jackie: What?
He roll his eyes and started to climb over my window.
