Chapter 1
PREFACE
All I wanted to do was go to sleep. I lay on my wrinkled sheets, my eyes shut with a red binding glow. My light was still on. I barely opened my eyes and my nauseousness started again. I felt horrible, I was nauseous, dizzy, and my stomach twisted at every little move. I moved to the left of my bed, head throbbing, to reach the switch to the light...but urgently stoped as my stomach told me that I better not dare. I move back, flat on my back having to deal with the stupid light.
I took a deep breath. I decided to go with my old technique, since 'counting sheep' just doesn't cut it.my Eyes shut, I visually emerged my self into the ocean. Stare at the surface, the light from the sun makes the water see-through. Deeper I go, fish swim around me and I hear the water pass by with every one of them. Sinking deeper and deeper. The surface is navy blue, as I hit ledges of the ocean floor, soft sand to the touch. I pass and land on a few more surfaces, and slide off of them. The surface that I stare up at is now midnight blue and fish pass by above me and I slowly land to the very bottom of the ocean. My eyes feel soft, and rather than blinding red pain, I feel silky soft black that cover my eyes glow. My skin adoring the wind, ocean wind that breezes over it. My breath slows. Peace
Just as I finally get what I wanted, The fish in my wonderful ocean blue started to attack and eat my stomach through, to my back. I open my eyes in horror as my stomach twisted backwards and up. Then I tighten my eyes shut as my ocean water clogged my throat. I twist to my left, and opened my eyes in agony. With the hurry to not vomit on my sheets, but on the wooden floor, small black dots hurriedly cover my eyes. But they weren't fast enough, for I saw the bloody red water puddle that had came from within me. I blacked out only hearing the springs in my bed bounce as I fell onto the floor next to the puddle of blood.
