Life of the Night
This is a re-tell of the House of night in my character, Alice, point of view. Hope you like it!
My name is Alice Orender. I'm 16 years old and I live in Tulsa, Oklahoma.And my life was about to change forever.
One day after school, on October 12- my birthday -I was on my way to my brand new black Porsche. When I turned the corner to the parking lot, I was startled and scared because in front of me was a boy with blonde hair and looked about my height. What scared me was the tattoos that wrapped around his body and a filled in crescent moon on his forehead.
He was a Vampyre Tracker.
Before I could scream or run, he took my arm in his iron hold and said, "With my Goddess given ability, I hereby Mark you, Alice Orender, as a vampyre fledgling of the great Goddess Nyx.I hope you are Blessed be."
Then he was gone and I was free to run, but I couldn't make my leg move. Instead, I dropped to my knees and fell to the ground. I pulled out my hand mirror and was horrified at what was happening to me. As I stared at the mirror, a blue crescent outline was forming just above my eyes.I screamed, got up, and ran to my car.
I knew I had to go to the House of Night- that I would eventually die if I didn't - but I also knew I would have to leave my human life and start my fledgling life then hopefully my vampyre life.
But what about my friends and family?
What would I do?Call all of them and say what, " Hey, it's Alice, just thought you might want to know that you might not ever see me again because i'm turning into a bloodsucking vampyre. Have a awesome life. I will visit all of your graves after a few decade. Bye!"
Ha! Definitely not.
The least that I owe my parents is a letter. I simply can not face them.
I pulled into our driveway and took out a piece of paper and a pencil and began to write my letter.
Dear Mom,Dad,and Julia,
Today at school, I encountered a very unfortunate event. I was cornered and restained by a Vampyre Tracker. He Marked me.
I didn't want to face any of you for it would be hard.
I went to my new home- the House of Night. I took a few suitcases of my belongings with me.
I hope this is not the last you hear from me, but in case it is, just know that I love you all very much and that I wish you didn't have to hear about this like you are.
I love you all.

I put the letter in a envolope and placed it on the dinner table. Then, I went up to my room to grab a few suitcases of my things and put it all in the trunk of my car and left, leaving my home, family, and life behind me.

now i really wouldnt want to be in her shoes. i mean she's a different vamp with uncontrollable bloodlust, and right after, someone tells her "hi! i saw you die 3 different ways and in one you kill your friends and mate". i would be very freaked out and stressed. continue please!
i no right! these ideas all come to me when i sleep for some reason or when i'm reading. You no, kida like that inventor Nikola Tesla from the early 1900's, you probly don't no who he is. He got all his ideas in dreams and Edison's spies stole the ideas.

I would never kill Stark! He's my fav character and he's too sexy to die! It adds drama, but I made her stop:)
