I know that it can be hard to accept, but why not trying some low-fat granola bars or something? Trade one of the more unhealthy things that you eat for a FRUIT smoothie, and you will feel a lot better. Join a fun sport, like dance, swimming, ice skating, basketball... anything where you get up and active will make a difference. Be strong, and don't let anyone put you down.
