This is a good survey. I feel that it is good to see what others have to say as a majority. It is a reflection of what most citizens of the U.S. may be feeling about certain political issues.
Although I am undecided about gay mariage, if I had to choose between yes or no, I would choose yes. I have a gay relative, and people have the right to marry freely, like the person above said.

It's about people (all people) should have equal rights. Marriage for gays would open the doors to equal rights across the board on the more important issues such as employment benefits, insurance, etc. Get it? Anyone can shack up, but those who commit to each other should have the same rights as all...gay or straight. Btw, great survey!
All people do have equal rights when it comes to marriage. All men have the right to marry a woman and all women have the right to marry a man. So, you're wrong, We do all have equal rights when it comes to marriage.
I don't understand why so many people believe in universal health care, can somebody explain to me, what on earth makes them feel that other people are obligated to pay for something they are unwilling to pay for themselves? Every country in the world that has tried this system, only proves that its not as good as what we have now, if people what lower health care cost, tell the government to stop paying for lower income people's health coverage, and let the market work.
Many people favor universal health care because poor families often can't afford health care. They believe that health care is a right. I'm not so sure that EVERY country has tried universal health care. :) You sound like you are very much a capitalist. The U.S. is a mix of capitalism and democratic socialism. Taxes fund libraries, roads, schools, and tons of other things that we use all the time.
Let me tell you something. I'm a 22 year old Diabetic who doesn't have insurance. I will be dead by the time I'm thirty because I cannot find a job that will offer me insurance. No private insurance companys will help me because of my health. WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?!?! DIE BECAUSE OF YOU GREEDY MONEY HUNGRY BASTARDS!?! IT'S REALLY EASY FOR PEOPLE WITH MONEY, GOOD HEALTH AND INSURANCE TO SAY THAT! WALK A DAY IN MY SHOES! THEN WE WILL SEE! I SUFFER EVERY DAY BECAUSE OF OUR HEALTH CARE!
So wait, did you just say let the poor people die if they can't afford Health Insurance? You're a sick f***er. Just terrible. Every other country does this and it works. America should too.
