A Lily and James Story

"Come on, James, you're going to be late!" Mum called.
"Coming!" I said and I ran through the brick wall. Strange, I know. I arrived on platform 9 3/4. Finally! As I was looking around, I crashed into a boy about my age.
"Hi!" the boy said, "I'm Sirius. Sirius Black. Who are you?"
"I'm James Potter." I replied.
"Let's go find a compartment."
"Sure!" He seamed nice! When we found an empty compartment, we started talking. He likes all the same things I do! Quidditch, girls, Quidditch, food and Quidditch! Then a really pretty girl walked in. By the looks of it, she had been crying. I looked at her, and felt kind of sorry. I wonder why she was crying. Meanwhile, by the look on my face, Sirius collapsed into a fit of silent laughter. I smacked him. Then I saw Snape come in out of the corner of my eye. He started talking to the girl. All of the sudden, I heard,
"You'd better be in Slytherin!" Snape said. The prat.
"Slytherin?" I said
"Yeah!" he replied. Gosh, I hate him.
"If you had the choice, where would you go?" Sirius asked me.
"Gryffindor! Where dwell the brave at heart!" I replied, "What about you?" I hit a nerve.
"My whole families been in Slytherin." Sirius mumbled.
"And I thought you were all right!" I joked, and he grinned.
"Come on, Severus, Let's find a different compartment." said the girl.
"Ooooooooooooo." Sirius and I said, imitating her lofty voice.
"See ya, Snivellus!" I called as they walked out the door.
