    That sounds like tonsilitis. There's a big spread of it around my school right now. Half of my class is ill... you should see the doctor. If it's really bad, you may need your tonsils taken out. Get better! (:

    sometimes when i breathe in my ribcage actually hurts pretty bad. but thats probably not it for you because i have juvenile psoriatic arthritis so ya.
