New World Order
I've come up with an amazing plot recently that I hope everyone enjoys. Fictional, of course, and fantasy.
"A new era has begun for Esther, the last living planet. A great war will soon take place upon the three divided nations and there's no way to stop it - or is there? The great lords' newborn daughter, Amberlina, has unimaginable powers that are greater than her own fathers'. Will Esther come to an end, or will peace be brought to the land again?"
Chapter 1
Escaping The Fear
" Lord, I wish not to disturb your peace but our gates have been breached. "
Clarisse, the lords' wife, sounded. It had been a long week for the great lord and his wife, along with the many towns' people. War had stretched throughout the lands that once divided the three nations. Now they stood together in war, challenging the almighty man to withdraw his room.
" Phillip! Make up your damned mind, " Clarisse began gripping her stomach, " I won’t last much longer like this. "
As if her words were magic he shot up from his seat and picked up his dear wife, caressing her cheek shortly before running down one of the many halls in his chamber. The woman attempted to muffle her screams as he ran, her body growing weaker by the minute. " Clarisse! " The lord yelled out to his wife whom fell limp in his arms. He continued running, holding her closer and covering her ears so she could not hear the wretched screams from outside.
" Phillip… " she whispered slowly, taking her last few breaths, " I love you. "
Her arm fell from his neck and grew cold, causing the lord to stop in his tracks. His body trembled in sadness that brought him to his knees, tears forcing their way out of his eyes as his screams grew louder. He had lost her once more … this time being his last. He set her on the ground and covered her with his coat before heading on to his daughters' room. She lay in the crib sound asleep. Quietly, he walked over to her and picked her up gently.
She opened her eyes, filled with the same purple as her mothers' was. The girls' tiny hand wrapped around the lords' finger causing him to smile brightly. He looked around for his weapon and brought it to his hands, still holding his daughter tightly. He lifted the staff and whispered a name to never be forgotten before hitting the ground with a loud thud.
He and his daughter slowly disappeared into another world.
