My Thoughts On Abortion(Not the Repost)
Read, child!
Well, I'm sure most people have seen the Anti-Abotion reposts around(if you haven't, get out from under that rock and check your messages!!) and I thought I would share my thoughts on it.
For starters, I am not againist abortion. Abortion is a sad thing and didn't always have to happen in some cases but it did. It is certianly not something I would do. I do not think abortion clinics should be shut down.
Alright so, abortions are when you don't want the baby gowing inside of you, correct? And that is completely your choice. I do not think it is fair for that choice is taken away from people.
Think really hard now about the reasons women have abortions. Some of them are really stupid but some are legit reasons. Let's not go into details.
We all (well most of us anyways) know that kid who as a 13/14/15 year old who has had more than her share of abortions. She made mistakes. And she had to abort, how hard do you think it would be on her if she had to raise a child at that age? The baby-daddy would've pobably left, and she would be stuck with her parents and a child, and that's assumingg he parents didn't send her away of course.
It is sad that the child didn't get to live but that's like saying that I am killing things that could grow to be childen by having a period once a month, or using birth-control. Because those are pretty much the same thing.
Don't think I'm a blitch for this. Personal opinion, deal with it. I was just getting kinda annoyed with the reposts all being anti-abortion. Argue with anything I have said all you want, I don't care and nothing you can say will change my mind. xx

I compleatly agree with you. I know that it's not fun, and I don't like it much either, but it's the right thing sometimes.
YESH! Somone agrees!! I was not expecting that... I thought people would be all like "But what about the children?!" and ignoe the fact that sometimes it's the right thing to do.
That's what usally happens if someone posts something about abortion. But I agree with you.
I'm middle ground on abortion. I do not believe it should ever be done except in the rare cases when the mother's health is in danger if she should carry the baby to term and give birth.
I think there should be more restrictions on abortion. Young girls, 13, 14, 15, 16, who come in for abortions should be having their lives checked out. There are complications like internal bleeding and other damage that can actually kill her, but the parents weren't notified she had had such a procedure done.
If an abortion is to be done at that age, the parents need to be notified, and if she is worried about their response to such a thing, then her family life needs to have a closer look to see if an abuse case is going on.
Women above 18 rarely get abortions done 'for good reasons.' Infertility, depression, suicides, all come from abortion procedures, and yet we act like it's just a good choice to make. Many more times than we do, we need to live with our mistakes. The brightest and best people
often come from homes that were less than perfect.

You mention depression... but do you actually think that the brightest and the best people are happy?
Anyway, I think people should always have a choice, and live with their choices. Maybe depression and infertility are easier to live with for some people than actually having to have the child. Everybody's different, and nobody's right or wrong in their opinions. Therefore, everyone should have the freedom to choose for themselves and no one else.
What I mean is that many many people who have done amazing things (and I'm related to a few of them) came from homes that were less than perfect. Some have come from seriously abusive homes, and lead marvelously happy lives.
I don't agree with you, but I'm not going to argue with you about it. When you say choice, though, everyone should have a choice--do you think about that child we don't even give a chance to have a choice?
I totally agree! In some cases it shouldnt be ok but in that case I feel that its ok.

if they don't want a kid, then they should just use a condom during... you know...
I agree, but condoms aren't always effective, neither is birth control. I think abortion is a good last-resort back-up plan.
And what about r.ape?
A relative of mine was r.aped, back in the day when it meant no one would marry her because of it. Her son grew up to be the most amazing man, and he saved a child's life. The father didn't want the son because he had cleft palate. The boy was going to die, because they couldn't do the surgery for it. The father ran off, leaving the mother and son alone and without money. The man born of r.ape came along, married the mother, paid for the son's surgery, saved his life. What would have happened
if he hadn't been born? If he had just been aborted? That's two children dying needlessly.

I totally agree, abortion might just be saving that child from a crappy life with a teen mom and no father!!! Not saying it'll always happen, but it might!
Yes, I totally agree to you. I have personal experience here. I hate to admit it, but I am a bas.tard who was born to a teen mother and well... I don't want to go into detail.
I support abortion 100% in all cases.
But I applaud everyone who thinks for themselves and has an original opinion on this (or anything for that matter)!
