Savior

I walked unknowingly into their trap.They tied my down and tortured me to the brink of death.As the life faded from my eyes I saw a flash of blackness.I thought I was dead but the pain reminded me that sadly I wasn't.

Standing before me was an angel of darkness.On the ground around him were the dead bodies of my captors.I closed my eyes to die but instead of the peace of death I opened my eyes to find that I was not tied up anymore.Instead I was in his arms as we soared above the city.

I stare in awe at his outstretched wings which are midnight black with flecks of gold.He was in a black vest,pants,boots and gloves.His black hair so dark that it looked violet fell in his pale blue eyes that trapped you in their depth.

"W-who are you?" I ask my voice catching.I ask when he looks down to me.

"Your savior."He says in a voice to beautiful to describe.In those two word I know I will always be safe in his arms.
