    there is a costume at walmart but its very cheesy. get a black dress, a long black hair wig, boots, wear way too much makeup, and im not sure about the boobs part...

    you need a tall hair pouf. put on A LOT of bronzer; don't hesitate to exaggerate. Wear a low-cut, short dress, maybe in leopard? oh, yes, and since the person above me mentioned the boobs part, wear a push-up bra.
