I was home. And then I was here.

I don't know how. It just happened. I know I am not dead, though. This place is the opposite of heaven.

I woke up in a small dark room. I was completely alone.
"Hello?" I called out. "Is anybody there?" nobody answered. I sighed. This day has gone from bad to worse, I though.

"Violet, stop being so crazy! You're so stupid!" Kristie yelled at me.
"What did I do?" I stuttered as she stomped off. Her friends glared at me, then they stormed after her, leaving me alone and confused in the middle of the hallway.
"Hey Violet, what's wrong?" My friend, Allana, ran up to me.
"I just lost my best friend..."

I curled up on the floor, hoping somebody, anybody could get me out of here.

A few hours later, I was awakened by a bright light. One of the walls had opened up, revealing a narrow stone passageway. Groaning, I got up and stepped inside. As soon as I started walking, the door to the passageway closed. I was stuck inside the stone tunnel!
"at least it's better than that box I was in," I thought. I continued walking, because there really was no point to just standing there. Before long, I came to a dead end.
"Oh no, now I'm trapped in here, too!" I groaned. But as I touched the rough stones, they began to evaporate like they were made of water.
As they dissipated, I saw a little courtyard with a couple of benches and some trees. As I walked outside, I saw that the yard was surrounded on all sides by an imposing stone fortress. I saw many doors leading into the courtyard, but none of them looked like the one I had come through.
I walked over to one of the doors and pulled on the gilded handle, but the door wouldn't open.
"Oh, great, just my luck." I mumble. I trudged over to one of the benches and sat down. When I looked up, I saw a blue sky peeking through the trees, but something didn't feel right.
"That sky isn't real," I whispered.
"Right you are, little one." I heard a voice sneer. I whipped around to see a beefy female cop staring at me.
"Are...are you a cop?" I stuttered. She was dressed in a police uniform, complete with a matching hat.
"No, honey, I'm the tooth fairy!" She said sarcastically.Then she laughed. "I'm an enforcer. Don't mess with me."
She backed up into the wall, seemingly walking right through it.
"Wait!" I yelled, running up to the spot where she disappeared. "Why am I here? What is this place?"
"Help me, please."
I slumped against the wall, silently crying. Then, I had an idea. I walked to the center of the courtyard, looking up at the fake sky. Then, I slowly spread my huge white wings and jumped into the air.

Oh, I didn't tell you? I can fly.

I can also read minds and control water, and I can fight like nobody's business.

Anyway, where was I? Oh right-

I launched into the air and flapped my wings hard, shooting higher and higher with every blow. But the funny thing is, the building kept extending up as I was flying higher. It seemed as though it was stretching out to keep me in.
It probably is, I thought sourly. Then, WHAM! I slammed hard into the false ceiling, hitting my face on the hard surface.
"Owwwwww!" I gasped. I dropped a lot in altitude as I tried to regain control of my actions, but the pain was too strong-i think I got a concussion. I fell, down, down, until I slammed into the ground and everything went black.
