Found You

After all this time
After my heart was ripped out
I found you
Someone who makes my blood
Heat up when I see you
Someone who I want to hold me
After all me pain
I found you
But I have to ask
Did you find me?

Deep Darkness

I throw up my hand
Looking for something
Anything to hold me up
But all my hands claw is air
I want to scream
But the rushing air
Takes my breath away
As I fall deeper I begin to calm
This is why people do the things they do
The addiction
The rush
It's a beautiful thing
If you just let it in

Tears

When you turn away
My heart cries out in pain
Each step you take is like a dagger
Going deeper as you go farther
Each time I pull it out a little
You find a way to push it back
I yearn to be yours
Though I know I never will
You know it as well
Yet we still dance to this sad song
Underneath the tearstained sky
Your arms hold me gently
As you softly kiss my lips
Salty from all the tears

Burning Candle

If i touch a burning candle
I can feel no pain
If you cut me with a knife
It's all the same
I know her heart is beating
And i know that i am dead
Yet it seems that i still
Have a tear to shed

If i touch a burning candle

In the ice or in the sun
It's all the same
I feel my heart is aching
Though it doesn't beat its breaking
And the pain here that I feel
Try and tell me it's not real
And i know that i am dead
Yet it seems that i still have
Some tears to shed

Cutting

My pain boils up deep within
I never let it show
Never let myself be vulnerable
Not so someone can hurt me more
Instead i let it flow
Warm and steady down my arm
Don't judge me
For you don't know me
Don't hate me
For it will break me
Just hear my silent scream
And see my invisible tears
And help me find my way home
