Songs That Remind Me of the Hunger Games
OK, these songs seriously remind me of the Hunger Games and I made these as a cure for boredom. If I find more, I'll add them!
Chapter 1
Change, by Taylor Swift
Change
And it's a sad picture, the final blow hits you
Somebody else gets what you wanted and
You know it's all the same, another time and place
Repeating history and you're getting sick of it
But I believe in whatever you do
And I'll do anything to see it through
(CHORUS)
Because these things will change
Can you feel it now?
These walls that they put up to hold us back will fall down
It's a revolution, the time will come
For us to finally win
And we'll sing hallelujah, we'll sing hallelujah
So we've been outnumbered
Raided and now cornered
It's hard to fight when the fight ain't fair
We're getting stronger now
Find things they never found
They might be bigger,
But we're faster and never scared
You can walk away, say we don't need this
But there's something in your eyes
That says we can beat this
(CHORUS)
Tonight we'll stand, get off our knees
Fight for what we worked for all these years
And the battle was long, it's the fight of our lives
but we'll stand up champions tonight
It was the night things changed
Can you see it now?
These walls that they put up to hold us back fell down
It's a revolution, throw your hands up
'Cause we never gave in
And we'll sing hallelujah, we sang hallelujah
Hallelujah
Huh, right?
And it's a sad picture, the final blow hits you
Somebody else gets what you wanted and
You know it's all the same, another time and place
Repeating history and you're getting sick of it
But I believe in whatever you do
And I'll do anything to see it through
(CHORUS)
Because these things will change
Can you feel it now?
These walls that they put up to hold us back will fall down
It's a revolution, the time will come
For us to finally win
And we'll sing hallelujah, we'll sing hallelujah
So we've been outnumbered
Raided and now cornered
It's hard to fight when the fight ain't fair
We're getting stronger now
Find things they never found
They might be bigger,
But we're faster and never scared
You can walk away, say we don't need this
But there's something in your eyes
That says we can beat this
(CHORUS)
Tonight we'll stand, get off our knees

Awesome! XD
When first heard The A Team by Ed Sheeran, I was like WOW that is like The Hunger Games.
If you change 'Since she was 18' into 'Since he died' (as in her dad) It's basically it!
oh yeah!! il post those lyrics lol
And when it says 'in a pipe she flew to the motherland'
I change it to 'in a pipe she cues at the Peacekeepers house"
I personally think that Sweet Victory - David Glen Eisley fits The Hunger Games absolutely perfectly. Hahah(: && its funny cause, Chang - Taylor Swift is actually the song I used in a Hunger Games skit me and my friend made (:
*Change , haha sorry(:
ha kool
Change is, like, PERFECT for the Hunger Games.
And her song Forever & Always reminds me of To Be A Career by Lovelyannemarie. Like how Glimmer betrays Marvel and Cato? Very memorable.
ya it does...
they totally do represent the hunger games but i dont think they should be used in the movie just cause i dont think they would fit in with the movies without revealing too much about the ending
ya but most people who will go c the movie have read all of the books but theres probably at least a few who didnt so ya u have a point
in my opinion (not neccessaryly (sp?)true) most people who will see the movie wont have read the books... why read if you can watch the movie ( i like reading better personally)
watevz but i like reading. i think the movie isnt gonna live up 2 the books (ex: harry potter, percy jackson) tho...
ya the recreations of books to movies are horrible... they can screw soooo much up! i like reading because you are able to choose what things look like with some guide lines but you cant do that with a movie
Also i think 'Long Live' by Taylor Swift
taylor swift has a lot of songs that work 4 the hunger games!!
