Do you think people should ask for a certain number of comments before they write the next chapter?

You've all seen them. "Ten comments to get the next chapter." "Fifteen comments, or I won't write the next chapter." "I still need five comments before...." Yeah. It bugs me. Either write the story or don't. BUT I want other people's take on it. ~DarkShines_
