The Very Idea ( part 2 )

Ginny POV: we made it to school...hermione & I sat away from Ron. Harry was next to hermione. U see he didn't want to be next to lovesick Ron and Parvati. I really need to have a girl chat w/ 'Mione. Announcements were boring, as usual!
"Gin did u hear me? I'm going up; wanna come with me?" she asked. I nodded, leapt up, and rushed out.
~the common room~
"Ginny I've got a confession to make." said Hermione nervously. What does that mean??
"Tell me!" I said eagerly.
"I...I think I like Draco." she said fumbling with her hands. I smiled.
"that's great because, I think I have a crush on Blaise." I smile up at her with big eyes.
Hermione POV: I can't help but be happy that it's not just me who's falling for someone that Ron hates...suddenly that seems like a good thing!
"oh thats wonderful Ginny! Just great!" I say. She nods in agreement.
~slytherin room~
Draco POV: "I hate the way that weasel yelled at Hermione! Who does he think he is?" I ask
"aww does drakie have a crush?" asked my best Italian friend.
"what does it matter? She could never like me." I respond.
"I think you'd be surprised. But they way the Weasley chick, Ginny yelled at the doofus. Well that was hot!" said Blaise with worlds widest grin. I nod. Blaise can think what he wants about the red; my thoughts rest with a certain Carmel eyed girl.
~gryffindor boys room~
Harry POV: I look over at the guy who has been kissing his girlfriend for the past 5 minutes.
"Ron it's late. Can't we sleep now? Ur being disgustingly loud!" I yell. He looks over at me with 1 raised eyebrow.
"sure mate in 2 minutes, cupcake will be gone." he says. Woah cupcake? I shake my head and burry myself in the covers. Life after the war was supposed to be easy. Not some dramatic romance movie! Maybe I'm beingout of line but I don't think so. I walk down the stairs and see Neville writing a letter. I peek over his shoulder....it has Luna's name on there. I smirk befor leaving the common room.
~hogwarts halls~
I'm walking along when BUMPPP. What the-? All I cantell is that it's a girl.
"I'm sorry!" I say. I offer my hand out
"no it was my fault! Sorry-" she gives me a questioning look.
"Harry. Harry Potter." I say.
"oh! Then I'm really sorry. I'm Daphne Greengrass. It was really brave what u did. Standing up to lord voldemort." she says. Im surprised to hear this. But wait 'Mione did say slytherins changed.
"so u never wanted him to take over? I thought the whole Greengrass family stood for keeping blood pure!" I say. She sighs. In the light I can see her blond hair and green eyes and the sprinkling of freckles on her nose.
"by whole family, u mean my father. None of us wanted that. We didnt care. He did. My...my little sister Astoria is dead because of him!" she said. I patted her back.
"I know it's hard...I wish I could say it gets easier. U know I'm glad we met here. Maybe we can be friends." I say.
"yes! The closest thing I had to a friend was that brat Pansy. She was truly evil." I nod before heading back.
Narrator POV: if Harry had stayed longer he would have heard Daphne say
"I think I have a crush on him."
