Fiction by Avenged Sevenfold can be depressing, if you know the subject (the whole album 'Nightmare' is depressing and intense at the same time.)
Clairvoyant Disease, also by Avenged Sevenfold can be too.
Girl and Precious Things by tori Amos can be.
4 o'Clock by Emilie Autumn can be.
Bridge by Queensryche is depressing to me at least.
(I used to have a whole slew of depressing music, most of it's not now. just some stuff that kinda is.)
