You are so lucky to be able to conceive so many either can not, think they are not meant for it or just don't see how precious making a second life can be. If you have a job, keep the job. Ask family for daycare support when you are working. Try doing a school program in the morning, work in the afternoon and be with your baby at night.

But please from personal experience and family experience having your baby taken out of your arms is the worst thing possible!
