Sulphur, Gem, Trev, Dak, Nocturna, Lark, Art, or Science? In this quiz, my 8 characters will answer each of my questions. Pick the answer that you would most likely say, and you will see which character matches your personality most.

What would you do if someone convicts you of murder?
- Just deny it. I'm innocent anyway so I have nothing to fear.
- Scream and deny it.
- Wow, I murdered someone? Cool. How did I do it?
- Demand for a more thorough investigation.
- Just stand there dismayed. "Wha??"
- That's probably true. But hey, he/she wanted to kill us too.
- Kick them in the face. "What did you say?"
- Let's calm down and talk about exactly what made you think so.

Serena, your author, wants you to switch genders. What do you do?
- Switch immediately. Her wish is my command! No actually I wanted to switch a long time ago.
- Cool. I always wanted to see how I'd feel like if I were a boy/ girl.
- That's okay, I'm flexible. As long as SERENA switches her gender too.
- Why is this necessary? Plus, I do not believe that becoming a boy/ girl would change what I like to do.
- Huh? Why? Being a boy/ girl is okay for me, though sometimes I would like to switch. But I don't like taking orders, you see.
- Ooh cool. Let's do it. Who cares about the consequences.
- Oh but if I became a boy/ girl, my sister wouldn't like me so much anymore.
- Scientifically speaking, gender identity is a fluid concept anyway, so--

Who do you love most in the world?
- My sister!
- Hehe don't tell anyone, but I love the person who gives the next answer most.
- Do I have to answer this question? Well maybe the person who gave the previous answer. But don't tell him/ her.
- My mom! Not. It's not myself either, yes I am that sad. Hmm, maybe my best friend.
- Definitely NOT the person who will give the next answer. But there's this uh...boy/ girl that I'm in love with but I only find out that he/she's in love with me too at the end of the story.
- Definitely NOT the person who gave the previous answer. And heh, I love the same person he/ she loves. Sadly for me, at the end of t he story, I found out that he/she was NOT really in love with me. Ugh.
- Do I have to tell you? I do have a person in mind but uh...oh never mind I said that. Nothing nothing nothing!
- I admit I quite like the person who gave the previous answer. And I believe the liking is mutual.

Which is the best? Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, or Twilight?
- None of these. The Last Slice of Space is the best!
- Twilight? Don't tell anyone though.
- Harry Potter!
- Lord of the Rings I believe. It is the most mature out of the three.
- Harry Potter of course.
- What? Well anything Serena likes best. Oh you say she loves HP best? Then ok I choose Harry Potter too.
- Twilight, yay! It's not because of Edward Cullen or Bella Swan though.
- Which one involves the most science? None of them you say? Well then I don't like any of them.

Are you a misfit?
- Well duh. I'm---Serena interrupts in time before he/ she reveals his/ her identity---- Well, lots of people love me, but I prefer to stay aloof, except to the person who I've mentioned I'm in love with.
- I guess so. No actually not. I get along with people quite well in general.
- I believe so.
- Vegetables are misfits and so am I. You say I'm not making sense? I agree with you.
- I wasn't quite a misfit until I got involved in...but then I've got my group of close friends, so I'm not worried.
- I have always been a misfit. But it honestly doesn't matter because I've got my best friend.
- No, everyone loves me and respects me.
- No. People generally like me.

Chocolate bars, noodle cakes, or seaweed?
- What kind of question is that?
- Noodle cakes!
- Seaweed is nice.
- Chocolate bars are too fatty, noodle cakes are too oily, and seaweed is too salty. I'll have digestive biscuits instead.
- Chocolate bars! Noodle cakes and seaweed are nice too.
- Why are we thus obsessed with food? I believe we already had a question about this. May I abstain from this question?
- Noodle cakes, as long as I can cook them properly into proper soup noodles.
- I would shred the seaweed and mix it into my noodle cakes. Then, I would cook them, as the previous person suggested.

- No.
- Duh no. I mean yes.
- If you want to, then get on with it.
- As long as the choices you list are tasty enough to make me salivate like Pavlov's dogs.
- Food, mmmmm.... Why don't you stop asking us about food, and actually give us some?
- I already mentioned in question 7 that there are already one too many questions about food. Stop this.
- If Serena so desires, then why not? I love her--I mean we all love her.
- I was about to say what the previous answerer said, but now that he/she has said that, I better invent my own response. Hmm...whatever Serena does NOT desire. I still have a grudge against her for obvious reasons.

Ice skating. What do you think of it?
- It's cool. Never tried it before though.
- I don't love it, but I don't hate it either.
- Water skiing is even cooler.
- It's only for weird people who like to make themselves dizzy.
- As long as I get to scientifically analyze it later.
- I agree with the previous answerer. Except I myself would NOT participate in this strange and hummiliating sport.
- Can we get back to the food questions instead?
- If Serena likes it, I'll like it. Oh you think I have no opinion? Okay then ice skating is an art if done well.

Chocolate! Haha just kidding, not food this time. If I, the writer, asked you to write MY story instead of me writing yours, would you do it?
- Certainly. After I finish doing my scientific investigations, i.e. never. Oh come on, I was just joking. Of course I will. If you tell me the honest details of your life.
- I suppose there is value in writing stories, according to brain imaging studies. Yet I am aware that I lack the training. Anything I write about you will be frankly quite straightforward and scientific.
- Okay. When's the due date?
- Ooh cool! Of course!!
- Well since you wrote and finished my story already, I guess I should return the favor. It would be incredibly fun to write about my own writer too.
- No problem. I was actually planning to do this anyway.
- If Serena wants me to, I'll definitely---okay you say you're really sick of my Serena-pleasing responses? Well I really DO want to write a story about her. I'll write so well that Serena would have to fall in love with herself too.
- Ugh. Story writing is such an arty thing. Do you mind if I investigated your childhood and thought processes instead?

Someone tells you you're a filthy liar. Do you agree?
- What kind of question is that?
- Nah. I'm a CLEAN liar.
- Liar liar, my pants are not on fire. In other words, why would I agree? Unless this is a hidden philosophical question.
- Screw that someone. Of course I'm not.
- What? I NEVER lie! I live for the Truth!
- Same as the previous answer. But my Truth is a lot cooler Truth than his/ hers.
- Sometimes I am, for convenience reasons. But I'm never filthy.
- I only lie when I need to. Which is hardly ever.

What would you want your future child to be like?
- Me? Have a child? No kids for me please.
- Exactly like me. We would have so much fun together!
- I already have kids. I've got at least 6.
- Scientific minded just like their dad/ mom.
- I do not know if I would ever want a child. I've heard they are extraordinarily troublesome.
- That depends on who their father/ mother is!
- Cute? Whether it's a daughter or son.
- Interesting question. Hopefully he or she is like my sister, so we can get along.

You can only save one person's life. Your best friend's or your romantic partner's. Who do you save?
- Hehe, what are you talking about? My best friend IS, I mean WILL BE, my romantic partner! But don't tell him/ her I said that.
- My best friend's. I don't think I'll ever have a romantic partner anyway.
- I hope my romantic partner is also my best friend so I won't have to choose.
- Me? I have no best friends. (At least not in the story anyway) So definitely my romantic partner.
- My best friend! (He/ she is one of these characters listening here, so I better say this.)
- Geez, can't I save them both? I'll save my romantic partner then ask a friend to save my best friend.
- My potential romantic partner doesn't want me, so it serves him/ her right that I don't choose him/ her.
- I do not have any best friends--I think. Nor will I ever have a "romantic partner". I will save no one.

- Hmm, universal.

What do you love most about Psychology?
- Psychology? Why Psychology and not Philosophy? Well okay the stuff about mind and consciousness.
- Hmm, psycholinguistics seems interesting. I like the part about art therapy too, though I prefer the literary arts.
- Apple pies! I mean...ooh I really love Social psychology! Especially the part about interpersonal attraction.
- Cognitive psychology.
- Darn, I was about to say what the previous person said. Umm..........the theories of aggression seem okay, but I'm not wild about it. I still like cogitive psych better though.
- Psychology's a science, so I like all of it equally. But if I have to choose, then...child development? Especially intellectual development?
- Anything in psych involving creativity is good.

- Happiness of course.
- Does analytical count?
- Confidence.
- Excitement. You might not have expected this, but it is. You just don't know me well enough.
- Love?
- Person no. 1 already said happiness, so I'll say...peacefulness?
- Infatuation.
- What about unemotionality? (I hope this word exists on earth) Emotions only get in the way of what I want to do.

What did you dream about last night?
- There was this scared girl. She ran away from me but I had to follow her to escape from danger, so I chased her. Shrugs
- This is my own private dream. Why must I tell you?
- Bananas were on a tree, they fell onto a slide, slid down, and I collected them in a basket. This has NOTHING to do with what you call my unconsciousness, so stop thinking dirty thoughts.
- Serena was there. (Serena is always in my dreams, I don't know why) Hmm, we were chilling out together, she and I, sitting on a swing, and we were sharing fresh grapes. On the whole, a pretty happy dream.
- It was absolutely horrible! Everything I dreamt of was related to art! What the.
- Surprisingly I dreamt about God. I've never dreamt about him before. Is this what you call a vision? Well anyway, God was telling me to come to him and not be afraid, so I did. But then I woke up.
- This boy--I think it was my friend's older brother--told me to play a song for him. But I told him that I didn't know how to play any musical instruments. So he told me to sing. Then I told him that I didn't know how to sing either. So he got mad at me and cursed me. Whatever, that was stupid.
- Um, I saw my mom, and she was begging me to come home, but I didn't want to. Yah, not a very interesting dream unfortunately.

Someone has kidnapped your spouse. What do you do?
- Why are there so many romantic or love-related questions? What, look for them?
- Geez. I won't ever have a spouse. He/she doesn't want me. No one will ever want me. No actually, what am I saying? Of course I'll find myself an amazing spouse! I would see what the kidnapper wants, then analyze the situation to plan an attack.
- What a misfortune. I would likewise think of a meticulous plan to rescue him/ her.
- Oh no! What do I do? I would tap into my mental link with him/ her, see through his/ her eyes, then talk to him/her until we can figure out a way to escape the kidnapper.
- My spouse can escape by him/herself. Well okay maybe I'll go look for them too, like the first answerer said. But I'd make sure I bring weapons.
- Call the Order to help me save him/ her.
- Try to make a deal with the kidnapper? Just don't hurt him/ her!
- Who is the kidnapper? I'll kill him/ her.

What would be the most romantic scene for you?
- Being in my love's arms and kissing him/ her.
- We could go to a cafe and slurp smoothies together. Separate smoothies of course.
- Romance romance romance. Having dinners together are nice. But eh that's really cliched, isn't it? What about travelling around the universe together?
- I'd like to go on dangerous adventures with him/ her. Danger sparks romance right?
- Another romance question? Geez. Hmm, just sitting side by side, not talking and each doing their own work. Who are you to say I'm unromantic?
- One where me and my partner bounce jokes off each other! I can't wait till that day comes.
- I do not understand "romance", therefore I will suggest something arbitrary. Being in an intellectual debate with him/ her, where both of us win.
- The two of us dancing together in this wild, unconventional dance.
