Pokemorphs-More Than Meets the Eye
PheonixPheather's and my story about two girls who could use a bit of cash.
deformed wings, feathers, not hair. Tall. Grey 'hair' pale skin.
Dark. A fighter. Doesn't like to think things through. Believes life to be a war, and, in her case, knows it's true.
Shadow, Umbreon Morph
dark hair and red eyes, yellow patches in hair and pale skin. Rings on shoulders and hips glow slightly when raged.
Memories, not so sweet
"Sooo Schgain, what is it you signed us up for again?" I asked my best friend, as we walked into the Team Galactic Headquarters. I needed the 10,000 Poke offered, but I wasn't sure about it anymore. It was really weird when I think about my home back in Crescent Village.
"I told you, the poster said that we are only taking a couple of surveys and stuff." She answered, patting me on the shoulder, the handcuff she wore as a bracelett cutting into my skin a bit.
"Okay..." I grabbed my Moonstone neklace, and started to think outloud, knowing it soothed Schgain too. "Arceus protect us..."
"Ya, if he's even there..." She answered softly, "Only, I am a little nervous, but I'm certain it's all okay. Besides, if we survive this, we'll make enough Poke to get that tv for our dorm back home!"
"Oh ya! I forgot about that for a second, alright let's go!"
We walked into the large office and Schgain held up the want ad to the receptionist who pointed at an elevator and said, "The Boss is that way, top floor, big blue button, can't miss it."
She was right, (it was the only button) so i pushed it, the doors closed and some chessey music started to play.
"Ugh! It's sounds like the nighttime music at the Poke Centers!" Schgain yelled into the obviously sound-proofed walls.
We got off the elevator, and stepped into a large room that was poorly lit until a small desk in the back.
"Hello? I heard that you two are young girls interested in my ad."
"Yessir, we need some Poke in the bank budget ya know?"
"Sure... alright listen we have a need to study the energy from Pokemon evolution to do so, we need young people like you. Put these on." He pressed a button and two uniforms popped out of a drawer. we picked them up and walked around a corner and changed. When we finished, we walked back around and he was on his super computer, the giant screen read "adopt un-evolved Pokemon for free! No paper work!" He clicked two images, which he then x-ed out of.
"Okay girls, this'll be fun for me, pick a favorite?"
"Ohh! wait, evolved or not yet?"
"Okay.. Umbreon's my favorite.. so Eevee."
"Starly for me, but if you want me to study how it evolves then get me an egg, because I don't like Staravia."
"Okay. One Eevee, one Starly Egg." he clicked, "Get out, my men will be waiting for you just outside."
"Okay" We walked out and then we saw the men that Cyrus meant, before we could say or ask anything, they hit us both on the head with large heavy sticks.
Six Months later:
'Where am I?' I thought to myself I opened my eyes and tried to look around, but something thick and green like jell-o prevented my movement. I saw that there were some oddly proportioned men looking at me as if I were some sort of disgusting creature.
"Let them out, they've woken up." Came a deep voice, that I recognized almost imediately, Cyrus!
The glass around me cracked and then shattered into pieces, I remembered that Scagin was with me, and she was very easily injured. As I fell to the ground I looked around, and I saw her, sort of crumpled up, her arm and both legs were broken but there was something different about her.
Her arms had sprouted feathers, and her legs looked kind of bony, her skin had gone all pale, and her eyes were grey instead of their usual ice blue.
She had been transfromed into a Starly.
I looked at my own arms and legs and found that I had been transformed into an Umbreon, sort of... it looked like for the both of us we were half and half.
"Well well, how do you feel?" Cyrus asked me, "Aren't you happy? You get to be your favorite Pokemon."
"I don't think it's real, this shouldn't be. Change us back!"
"I cannot do that my dear, you see, you both are my new experiments, I need you for research, therefore, you must stay the way you are."
Schgain came to and Cyrus had us sent to our quarters, which were small and cramped and humid.
