Is glitter eye shadow a do or dont??

Well, not to be mean, but no, yu'll look cheep. A lot of the girls at my school where that and they loook, stupid. Hope this help and that I wasn't to mean.

I agree with IWillPunchYouInTheFace because you can look cute with just a little but an over load... Oh God! Yeah, so it depends how much. So I'd say away from it unless you know what you are doing...

Don't cover your entire eye lid with it, it takes away from the beauty of your actuall eye. If you use any sparkle at all use it on the inner corner of your eye. That will highlight your eye and give it that pop effect. I use a white shimmer and it looks pretty good. Dont go crazy with the purple and pink shimmers cuz even in a small amount those can look too flashy. So just a small amount of white sparkles or shimmers will look really pretty. I put a little in the center on my lid just to lighten it up and if you over exead it you're gonna look like a drag queen :p
