I Don't Think People Understand How Devastated I Was When Fred Died:'((not a repost)
I Know I'm Super Late, But today This Just Popped Up In My Mind
Chapter 1
I Really Didn't Have The Strength To Write This:(
For some reason, he was always my favorite character in the books. I liked that he was funnier than George (in my mind) and that he seemed to have more of a personality beyond that of being a twin. I always wanted more scenes with him in it and I would absolutely love when JKR put in more scenes…
^^PREACH.
He really didn’t need to die. Whenever times were dark, he added a comedic relief. Whenever I thought I was going to go mad from all of the hate and dark moments as the books progressed, Fred and George would always appear. They wouldn’t even have to say anything. Just their presence made me feel better.
As much as I want to believe his alive he is not. When he died, it was as if George died with him. It was depicted in the book. He was always there for Harry, Ron, Hermione, Neville…basically anyone. He was loyal. Cedric was given a death scene and a funeral, why not Fred Weasley? His death impacted so many people and quite honestly, I’m pissed that the filmmakers didn’t touch on that at all. Yeah, they show George and Ron and the Weasleys crying over his body, they show George turn around and say “Fred” when Harry is alive — that’s it. It’s upsetting. The Weasleys won’t be the same again, Hogwarts won’t be the same again, and George especially won’t be the same again. It’s losing a brother, best friend, and part of his soul as well.
You will be truley miss Fred

THIS IS SO TRUE!!!!!!! IM LIKE CRYING NOW!! I MISS HIM SO MUCH!!
So true :'(
Rowling said in an interview that she thought out of the two she thought people probably expected George to die, so she made it Fred instead. Darn her.
And yes! I was so mad they didn't show his death scene, which really was a huge impacting part of the book for me. Just the way Rowling wrote it and everything, I think it would have added a lot to the movie.
And don't worry, if you're pathetic then so am I! Whenever I read these I get so sad!
I know!
Trust me, I feel exactly like this. He was my absolutely, without a doubt, favorite character and I couldn't read again for a while when he died in the books. He always made me feel better, and he and George never let a person stay sad for too long. The movie pissed me off to no end when they didn't do the fans and J.K. Rowling the decency of giving Fred his final moments with a laugh still etched on his face. It was a good movie, don't get me wrong, but I will never be okay that they did that.
I know whe I wad reading Deathly Hallows I was about to break down when he cried.
I know how u feel. I was devasted as well. in my mind He's not dead. wen I read this I started crying. wen I watch the movie I cry every time. I always thought of him and George as two of the best characters and they r my favourite. they r actually above the trio. wen I read the part in the book I actually had to close the book and if someone was to look thro the book and go to thT part u would see tearstains. ;(;(;(;(:(;(:(
HE'S NOT DEAD MIA AND YOU KNOW IT. YOU KNOW IT.
i started crying in the book and movies, i still can't believe it!!!!!! but he is not dead to me, no not even hurt in my mind. oh and if you look real closely at his body in the movie, you can sorta see a smile on his face, well at least to me
Yeah I know it, but Lexi deep down inside we also know that he is in Heaven were he belongs:(
