It was fabulous too!), and one of the band members who will be leaving the group's tours soon gave a bit of a speech near the end. He said he runs into a lot of Christians who are afraid to show their faith, and I just wondered---are any of you here afraid? Afraid to show your faith, whatever your religion? How do you show it if you do? Why don't you show it if you don't?

But if someone is talking about my religion I'll be like "oh yeah, I'm Christian." and if they're making fun of my religion or talking bad about it I'll stand up for what I believe in. But I don't judge, people can believe what they want. And I hate when people try to shove their beliefs down other's throats.

I am suppose to be christian though as I have been confirmed but, I can't say I'm afraid of my faith. I don't mind telling people what faith I am.
DieAnotherDay: 11-20-2011 at 7:03 PMI am a Catholic. But I don't really bring it up. Catholism is something I believe in, not a title I flaunt around. Of course, if someone asks me what religion I am, I'd say catholic, bcuz I'm not afraid or ashamed.

_Sweetie_Pie_: 11-20-2011 at 9:00 PMI'm really not comfortable telling anyone because kids at my first elamentry school made fun of me and threw rocks because of it. It's sad when a third grader has to change schools because of something like that.
