[ ] kissed someone before dating
[ ] gotten a phone taken away at school
[ ] gotten caught chewing gum Were allowed to chew gum in some classes.
[] got caught cheating on a test

[X ] arrive late to class more than 5 times
[X] didnt do your homework over 5 times
[X] at least two projects in late
[] missed school just cause you felt like it
[] laughed so hard you got kicked out of class
[X] got your mom, dad, etc to get you out of school (no emergencies or sick leave)

[X] threw stuff across the room
[X] Laughed at a teacher
[ ] took pictures during school hours I have but it was for a class. I don't see it as counting
[ ]called someone during school hours
[ ] listened to ipod, or cd during school hours
[ ] texting people during class

[ ] went outside the classroom with out permission
