Una Aventura Increíble En Pigfarts (StarKid)

"You'll find a home eventually, little guy," Colin whispered into his palms, which an albino hamster was sitting in. "But you're safe here."
I smiled at my brother. He was such a sweetheart. He told me to sign him up for morning kindergarten because he wanted to close the shop with me. I'm very surprised he hasn't gotten bored of his scheduele, I certainly was. Get up at 5:30, do all that morning crap no one likes, drive Colin to school. He usually wants me to hold his hand and walk him into the building but sometimes he wants to be a "big boy" and only wants me to walk him in front of the school entrance. But I must give him a kiss everyday because he believes I have magic lips since I leave a mark, because I wear lipstick. But he doesn't need to know that, it would break his heart if he did.
He's also always had the biggest love for animals. When his many fish died he cried his eyes out and locked himself in his room for a day and a half. So you can imagine how he reacted when he found out the family dog died. Erin and I had to keep him in our sight constantly to stop him from doing something drastic to himself.
Who is Erin? you may ask. She's my dear older sister who has always been a second mom to us when our real mom was out or busy, which was most of the time. But lately Erin hasn't had much time for us, she recently got engaged and is spending most of the day planning the wedding with her fiance Tahj. Don't get me wrong, Tahj is a nice guy but he's just too nice for my liking. He's like, uber happy all the time. He's the kind of guy who smiles his over-sized beaver teeth everywhere. I swear, one day, he was over at our apartement and I heard him laughing using the toilet. Laughing. I don't get it, does he find the plop of his dump amusing? I hope I'm not sounding bitter because I'm not! Well... maybe just a little. I'm a little negitave and demanding. But demanding is determination, right? And that's good. I have lots of determination. I set goals for myself. My current goal is to find someone to help me run Erin's Exotic Pets. My brother can play with the animals and sweep but what else can a five year old do? There's been a Help Wanted sign in the window ever since I asked my two best friends, GraceAnne and Geena, to help me but they declined. There was no trying to persuade them. There's something I don't understand, who wouldn't want to work in an exotoc pet store? There's the coolest animals, hedgehogs, snakes, dragons. Now that I think about it... how did this place stay in buisness with only a person and a half here? A miracle, I guess. Or the power of teamwork, oh yeah!
"Hey, Alice?" Asked Colin. "I think Furry is scared." He referred to the hamster he's been holding this whole time. "He keeps pooing."
I jumped over the counter and walked over to him. "I think Furry here just ate a little too much hamster mix. I heard that stuff goes through you pretty quickly."
"Oh..." he smiled a little. "That's funny!"
I poked his nose, "You're funnier!"
"You're funniester!" He reached out to poke me with his free hand but I backed away.
"Not with those hands! Go wash them, mister!"
"But Furry -"
"You csn put Furry back in the cage with all his friends, I think he'll be safe for the rest of the night."
He sighed, "Alright..." He opened the top of the glass albino hamster habitat and placed a kiss upon "Furry"'s back before gently setting him in. "Goodnigth, hamsters. Tommorow is a whole new day! Can you believe it?! Isn't that intresting!?"
I took Colin's hand (I felt the hamster poop. Disgusting.) before he could start rambling on to them. Yes, that's happened before with the lizards. My brother is something else.
We entered the bathroom the bathroom and I lifted him up so he could reach the water and soap; he isn't the tallest.
I washed mine as well and after I always double-checked everything before shutting off the lights and locking the doors for the day.
Colin hugged my waist and I could feel him shivering. "Why is it so cold?"
I picked him up and held him, making sure he would warm up. "Because, mister, somebody refused to put on a coat this morning!"
"But it wasn't cold this morning!"
"Uh-huh...."
"I'm sexy and I know it--"
"Hello!" I answered my phone, that was my ringtone for non other than Miss Geena Hugs.
"GUESS WHAT?!" she screamed.
"Uh... you called somebody before this and busted their left eardrum too?"
"Nope! Guess who and me and GraceAnne just saw?!"
"Darth Vader!"
"I wish... but no! Jim freaking Polovo!"
"Is he one of those StarGeekwhatevers?"
"IS THAT GEENA?!" Shouted Colin, "LEMME TALK TO HER!"
"Wait... Colin paws off for a minute! You can talk to her in the car... COLIN!"
"It's Star Kid but yes. Ohmygod that was so exciting!"
"Yeah okay. " To be honest, I really could care less about these Star people. "I'm handing you over to Colin now." I gave the phone to my brother and he started talking rapidly about how the chinchillas were snuggling in "the mostest cutest way ever".
He was still talking to her as we got home, but she cut into his rant and asked to speak to me again
"Okay! Bye, Geena and GraceAnne!" he gave the phone to me and whispered, "I have a secret crush on GraceAnne."
I ruffled his hair and laughed. "I'm sure she'll love that. Hello, Geena and GraceAnne...."
"JIM POLOVO!" Shrieked GraceAnne. Oh boy....


*Hey I finished! Well... there it is. Uh... what to say... I thought I'd put an author's note here even though it's really unnessecary. OH! GreeceAnne, how do you feel about a five year old having a crush on you?xD
