First of I think it needs to be said, AGAIN. You cannot compare these two peoples music styles. Its like trying to compare a whale to a frog.
Now, we all know that most people automaticaly jump on looks. It has been said that Marylin Manson looks like a hideous female, a freak, a gay retard, and a hella lot more. It has also been said that Gerard Way(and the members of mcr) look like pretty boy posers, gays, emo biitches, and of course there are more. But really? It goes a lot deeper then looks. Personality wise and looks alike there is no competition. MM is demeaning to women. He is a prick. When MCR and MM had that "Fight" Frank Iero had the balls to apologize when MM went to a reporter and called him a dwarf, threated to beat the "biitch" and then talks bad about them. And believe me. MCR has their faults, but at least they dont pull shiit out of there assses. Gerard Way, Frank Iero, Mikey Way, and Ray Toro are true gentleman. RESPECT. Its one thing to talk about, But its a whole different thing to actually have. My Chemical Romance has shown repect many times and in turn they have earned it. MM, in my opinion, is just an assshole who dosent deserve it, and doesnt even have it. Except from satanic worshippers. RANT OVER.

That's true, actually. They're a respectable band. And this isn't direct, and sounds kinda cliché, but they fight for justice in the midst of a world full of discrimination.

ikr!!! i seriously only like that song because i heard it before i knew who it was and then i figured out who sang it and listened to some other of his songs and was like ehh... hes okay. then he did the ultimate insult and i wanna punch him in his horrificaly disfigured, covered in stupid asss make-up face.

I'm not just saying this coz I love MCR but even if you don't like them, you have to have respect for them. I mean they raised so much money for Japan and the do stuff for cancer too. I also think that they are more greatful and loyal to their fans too. Furthermore, theres a load of other reasons. Oh and personally I dont think that Gee steals all the limelight. However, MM is a prick, but he's got guts! Like he' not afraid to be himself.
I agree. The work they have done for cancer really gets to me because my father has two types of cancer. They are simply beautiful people. And yes MM isnt afraid to be hiself but i just really hate him. well i guess you can tell the Authors Bias of this little story. lmmao yeah i like the song Tainted Love.

well, from what i've seen mcr are better(personality-wise) than most other bands and celebrities
and mcr is a band i'll always listen to, it might not stay my favorite band as it was when i was 13, but i'll always like them, and though i like MM, i hate him personality-wise, he acts all snobby and like an attention-whore
