He told people I liked him
Please give me some advice!!
So the guy I like found out I liked him last year. I dont know how, but he did. I heard about it when someone else asked me if I did, and they said they heard it from him. What does this mean that he told people I liked him? That he's a jerk? Or he liked it? Help!!

Wow, that is complicated.... he could be an egotist, or he maybe likes you to. Have you asked him or his friends?
No because he's really popular and kinda intimidating. Which brought me to my first conclusion that he must just be a jerk. But then he's also like really shy when he's alone, and he has shown some signs of interest in me over time. So im just really confused. I do feel that there is something my source isnt telling me because she wasnt supposed to tell me at all, and she was very reluctant to talk about it.
And no joke, half the school has a crush on him. So a girl liking him is not a big deal.
But he took the time to tell people that I SPECIFICALLY liked him.
lo sorry, if i had to say something, id say he likes u, just cause of the signs, but he very well may just b a jerk sooo i cannot say sorry.
yeah, okay, the same sort of thing happened to me recently. i say, be VERY careful with him -- popular guys sometimes do things for wierd reasons. Trust me, he might like you. but dont give him evrything, because theres always a chance that he could be playing you. ANd yeah, he will tell evryone that he likes you, because it'll keep you off-guard. I HOPE IT ALL WORKS OUT FOR YOU!!!!
Haha ok, I wasn't playing on giving him anything. We havent talked all that much, but hes never even come close to asking for anything of that sort. XD Thanks so much for the advice! :)
