This is just a re-make from my first one considering it went too fast.
Um, spelling errors will be notified and changed if necessary.
The plot is the same and I would request if you comment what you think! Kay?:)

Chapter 1

One.

I was four years old when I met him. My bestfriend. Alex. He sat in the playground on his own, dangling his feet from the bench which at the time was larger then he was. It was August 23, A week or so before we started school. Alex had moved from England to Ireland only three weeks before. He was a nice boy and I remember we instantly became really good friends.
When we started school together, we met Connor. Connor was taller then the both of us. He was only four too. We all grew really close and made a pact that we'd always be friends no matter what happened.

Over the years our friendship grew stronger- no one could take us away from eachother. We were 'joined at the hip'. It was when I went to summer camp I first met Alice. Alice was nothing like me- she loved to wear dresses and wear some make up. But yet, we clicked instantly. There was something about eachother that we instantly liked.
When Alex and Connor found out I made a new friend and wanted her to join our group... Let's just say, they didn't welcome her with open arms. It took them a while to adjust to her. She wasn't anything like us, she was smart, girlie and hated sports. Eventually though they saw what I liked about her, she was funny and outgoing. She would do anything for you, she helps you when you're down or miss home. Like she helped me at the summer camp when we left home for a few days.

~~~~~~~~~~~~
It was once again August twenty third. We were all older now, being fifteen that is. I groaned as my alarm clock beeped, we had to go shopping today. Shopping wasn't so bad, but knowing you have to go with your younger brother was a nightmare. Johnny was Thirteen, like me though, he had pale skin. He had the same icy blue eyes as me except he was tall, unlike me. He is skinny for a thirteen year old boy. He has light blond hair and is now going to be attending the same school as me.
There was a knock on my door.
"Are you up?" My mother, Dianne asked me. My mum was small, she had Blond wavy hair and Sea Blue eyes.
"Sure..." I sighed peeping through from under my blankets. My mother chuckled before closing the door again. I groaned and pulled myself out of bed. It was going to be a long day.
I got dressed into my skinny jeans and a light blue tank top, over it I wore a jacket. The rain pounded against my window like drums. I pulled open my curtains and watched for a few moments as the rain drops trickled down the window pane. I was brought back to reality when yet again someone knocked on my door.
"Mom says to hurry up..." Johnny called from the other side of the door. I stomped over there and opened it. He jumped back in fright and I laugher at him. He went slightly pink which made his eyes look brighter.
"I'm coming..." I grumbled.
"I can see that..." he muttered before walking down the hall to the kitchen. My mother stood at the front door waiting for me, her handbag slouched around her shoulders.
"About time... Come on!" She said ushering us into the car. I sat in the front much to my brothers disliking. Muttering under his breath he climbed into the back seat. My brother is what you would call... Annoying. I mean, he could be okay sometimes - Scratch that - on a very rare occasion. He likes to think he's cool and all the girls love him... But in reality, the only girl that loves him is mom.
The drive took about twenty minutes before we arrived into town, the streets were already crowded with people bustling their way though the heavily packed streets. The rain was still pouring down as we walked down the street to the book shop.
"What else did you say we needed?" My mother asked me and Johnny.
"Well, I need my sketch book and drawing pencils... So nothing for me here," I replied. I did art and school and it was one of my favourite subjects besides science. I loved to draw and I'm not too bad at it so I've been told.
"Well, I need my maths book... And I think I need my English-" Johnny began.
"Either you do or you don't... None of this I think business," My mother scolded him. He huffed.
"Fine! I need an English book!" He snapped. My mother rolled her eyes and went up to the counter. My phone buzzed inside my pocket. I pulled out my phone and saw a text from Alex.
Where are you? Leaving me on my own for?
:)
I laughed and began to reply to him as soon as I could.
I'm in town shopping for School stuff. :/
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! Bestfriends for eleven long years!
:D
Yes. This year, eleven years ago, is the day me and Alex became bestfriends. Something that hopefully will never change. My mother came back with Johnny's books and gave him the bag to hold.
"Where now?" She asked us.
"Art supply store!" I told her. She nodded and we followed her down the street.
The day went by slowly and johnny became more annoying. It took Alex a while to text me back.
To : Lucy
From : Alex
Sorry, my cousins came over!:/
Happy BFA!
BFA standed for best friend anniversary. Knowing we've been best friends for so long cheered up my mood by a lot. Even Johnny became less annoying when he clicked his Tongue to aggravate me- nothing will ruin my day.
Later I was going to Alex's and was staying the night. It was going to be deffinatly good night. Too bad for me though that the day was dragging on slowly.
Huh... Agh! Boring! Blah! Sorry, redo of my story. :) Tell me what you think, anything mean to say, mail me? Um, so I hope you all comment (Or mail). Thanks!:)
