For example, they could get a boy/girlfriend's name tatooed on them somewhere and it's permanent. I wouldn't want my boyfriend's name tatooed on me because it's not guaranteed that we'll be together forever.
People should wait to get tatoos until they are adults. Look at Miley Cyrus brother Trace, he had his tatooes as a teenager.

and besides, would you rather see teenagers with tatoos or old people with messed up tattoos because of their wrinkles? lol
