i can't help but notice that alot of you are feeling depressed and sad and i wanted to do something to help, if you agree with me please repost or create your own. i introduce mission smile.

firstly i would like to say to all of you reading this, whatever mood you are in, be it happy or sad, i want you to smile. the biggest smile you can muster. it doesn't matter if you are unhappy and you feel like this smile is fake, it's a proven fact that smiling makes you happier. so, my friends, smile.

did you know that in latin the word for i smile and i laugh is the same? it's rideo, incase you're wondering. for me laughing is as good as smiling, laughing makes you feel happy and actually burns calories!! the reason i can get away with eating lots of chocolate and staying at a healthy size :)!!! so my third task for you is to look up something funny and have a good long laugh, you'll feel better. so, my friends, smile.
