War Destroys More Than Countries
I've really wanted to write a love story about war and a soldier.
A young girl, Brooklyn Carmen McDermont, is living with her boyfriend,Kyle Micheal Gaulthier, who is a Marine. He is set to deploy to Afghanistan and their love is forced into a war zone. Brooklyn not only wonders if their love will survive but if Kyle will.

20 years old, dirty blonde, green eyes. 5'3 petite, pale. She's completely stubborn and a romantic. She goes to USC, University of Southern California. She's studying to become a lawyer. She's aggressive and has an extremely quick wit. She won't be pushed around and stands for what she believes in. Her parents are extremely wealthy and are paying for her college but also don't approve of her dating Micheal. She is from New York, hence her name. She's got a little sister who was adopted from Africa named Faith. She has a small family that isn't very close. Her parents are older,,wealthy socialites that live in New York.

21 years old, short brown hair, green eyes. 6'1 muscular, tan. He's a marine. Stationed at the Naval base in Ventura County. He's a southerner, originally from Louisiana. He's a gentleman and very persistent, like Brooklyn. He's a patriot and joined the Marines because his eldest brother was killed in Iraq. He's extremely loyal to his friends and family. He comes from a huge, tight knit family. 4 older siblings; John(deceased), Karli and Kent(twins), and Ryan. He as 4 younger siblings; Trevor and Erick(twins), Emily and Rachel(twins). His parents looooovvvveeeee Brooklyn along with the rest of his family. His parents are younger than Brooklyns.He's named for his grandfather who fought in World War II.
